Its shell consists of a HYBRID CONSTRUCTION, reducing weight and negative impact. The 360° edge protection not only provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance, but also protects the inside of the helmet from aging. The 360° RTS FIT SYSTEM allows the helmet to be adjusted to the shape of the head and centred for an optimal fit, pleasant wearing comfort and seating without loosening or shifting. Thanks to the MarkAIR two-stage ventilation system with an adjustment slider, the climate in the helmet can be adjusted at any time. In addition, it allows air to flow into the goggles, thus completely preventing fogging. The goggle strap is held in place by a new, improved clip with a low-profile design to prevent goggle loss. The proven FIDLOCK latch on the chin strap can be operated with one hand even with thick gloves, making it easy to put on and take off. Another new feature is the 3D-modelled, pressure-free SoGnar ear cushions, which allow for different configurations to suit temperature, head shape and the use of goggles or sunglasses. In each configuration, significantly better audibility than before is ensured. Naturally, the SoGnar ear cushions are completely removable. The Ampire 2 Mips is supplied with two washable interchangeable ear pads: a perfectly sweat-absorbing Xdry pad and a softer and warmer fleece version. Both are conveniently interchangeable.
